I’m looking to buy a house but first need a real estate agent. There are so many to choose from I don’t even know where to begin. Any recommendations or advice on how to choose one?

Charla Albrecht from Remax. Very knowledgeable and great to work with.

We moved here a year and a half ago from winnipeg. Larry Jago from century21 was fantastic. Knows the town and listens for needs and wants and will give you a decent input on the areas in town.

We sold our house a year ago, Larry was hard working and available. Our home sold it a week and a half with no ginches.

Larry will take the time to find out what you’re looking for.

Very knowledgeable. Won’t lead you a stray to make a sale like a lot of realtors in town. Knows Acreage’s and rural houses as well. I have used him 3 times and couldn’t ask for more. Went above and beyond every time. Even drove a water sample into Winnipeg for me for an acreage well water test. Highly recommend.

As you said there are so many real estate agents in Brandon its hard to recommend one. Not to take anything away from them but its not exactly a specialized job so you can't really go wrong. Well I mean there are terrible ones but lots of good ones too. My suggestion is to pick one, see some houses and if you feel they are working out and doing what you ask etc. keep them. But if you don't feel they are the right fit pick a different one. I guarantee they will all want your business so you won't have a hard time finding one. Good luck on your search.

We have used Ruby Heatherington for all of our real estate deals. She has been wonderful

Ruby Hetherington has been in the business a long time and knows Brandon very well. She is very easy to work with and will look after your best interests. She is also respected in the real estate field so if she has to deal with other agents, it will be fair and reasonable. Highly recommend

Used Sue Hargreaves Harrison in the past and highly recommend her. She tells you how it is, is very honest, and truly listens to what you want. She won’t just try to sell you something to get the commission like some. She is with Royal LePage now.

Danny Roscoe is great.Known him all my life and truly a good egg.Have used him for several sales and purchases.

I'd use Glen Tosh at Royal Lepage. Nice guy, patient with his customers, not pushy, very knowledgable and quite familiar with the real estate scenes both inside and outside of the city.
