I went to the BSM today to renew my bus pass and do some shopping. But I went today and was told there is no more Guest services for the BSM. Does anyone know what is happening?

I always re-filled my Handi-Transit card there. This really ticks me off!

The ladies that worked at guest were great. I really don’t understand why Morguard would think it was a good idea to get rid of them. They did so much for the mall and the customers. I personally don’t want to use a vending machine to get a gift card

I know. You could go on the weekends to refill buss pass, and even use debit or credit. The downtown office is never open for people who work and cannot go during reg business hours. Plus that cash only rule is stupid. Also inconvenient with city hall. The Sobeys west location is not easy to get to if you don't have bus fair. We need MORE places to renew the passes, not less. Like Superstore for example...
