Does anyone know what is going in at the superstore where the medical clinic used to be looks like they’re doing Reno’s

Yes, whole store is getting redone. PC Express is moving over to that area

to be honest.. Superstore needs a bigger building or a second location. They have outgrown that place a long time ago!

You’d think population wise Brandon and surrounding area must be able to support a second location. Maybe stock levels could be kept up better then. I would like to see it anywhere but maybe up on the highway like other cities and even a second gas station would be great. Sometimes too the downtown location is a bit scary with being approached for various things in the lot.

A No Frills, Extra Foods, Wholesale Club, etc. Something to offset the busy store we have and demand for store products

Does anyone know what's up with having to ask for bags at the self checks out now? Not the end of the world, but a bit inconvenient if you have to wait for the attendant while they help someone.

I would LOVE a second location for Superstore or one of its affiliates. Perhaps the empty Sobey's location near Canadian Tire?? Can't beat Superstore's prices!

Probably to reduce waste, be environmentally friendly, and get people to bring reusable bags.

My guess would be because most people don't pay for them and just click "0" when that comes up.

I could be wrong! But that's what I thought when I first saw it.

I reuse every single bag I get from the grocery store. They are my garbage bags and kitty litter bags. If I didn’t reuse the bags from the grocery store I would end up buying single use Glad bags or whatever. It would work out to the same thing except the Glad bags would be used only once whereas the grocery store ones get used twice.
