Wondering how do you go about blacklist/deselecting them as a shipper for future Amazon purchases - there is no option to do it under Amazon customer support or help with order page?  
 
Sad that this courrier service works just fine in other places and is just a real "s" show here in Bdn.! This isn't the Christmas rush season so what is their problem?

Ask them to deprioritize Intelcom as a courier for your orders. Apparently takes about 2 weeks to come into effect. Maybe if enough people write they’ll stop using them for Brandon. I only write this week and haven’t ordered anything more yet to know if it works.

Has had my packages in Brandon Since March 2 2022 was supposed to be delivered but March 7 2022.... Still waiting....  
 
First time ever I have waited for a Amazon package

So as said in a previous post call Amazon and request that they do not use this company for your deliveries  
 
If you are currently waiting on late deliveries from Intelcom then call Amazon and ask for a refund. Because you likely will never see your package

We just had an order expedited by Intercom, and wow are they terrible. We are in BC. My son ordered some soap from an American company and it took Intelcom a month to get it from Toronto to BC, then it showed as "delivered". Well it wasn't delivered to us. Their website says they will send a copy of signature of recipient and take a picture of the delivery like Amazon does, but when I called their "customer service" (joke) they said flatly they don't do that. The soap company was great and resent the order but sadly they had to use Intelcom again. I had them send it to my office instead, thinking the delivery guy couldn't possibly screw it up. Nope. He walked into the office, dumped it on the front desk and ran out the door without speaking to anyone. My office doesn't have a sign so he basically just assumed it was the right place. The soap company will hopefully not be using them any longer after my complaint.

Today was the day I could go to Amazon for a refund so I go to my account and it says my package is finally out for delivery - 9 days after arriving in Brandon and 6 days after the guaranteed delivery date. However, it is being delivered to my work as I live rurally and we do not work on the weekends. So they won’t be able to deliver it. The address clearly shows the business name which you would think make most couriers think ‘I wonder if they would be open on a Sunday?’ Grrrrr!!! The saga continues.

I immediately thought of this thread after my doorbell rang yesterday and a delivery guy drops a package in my mailbox. The mailbox right under my giant house number.  
 
It was not for my house. The shipping label said Intelcom. It was for a different house number lol.

I remember the original thread, shortly after that I had a package delivered by them just fine. Fast forward to this past week, ordered another Amazon package, intelcom shipping again. It was here on Monday the 8th, said delivery Friday the 11th well that's come and gone now it says expected by the 22nd. How do they manage to keep this contract it's ridiculous.

Does anyone have the physical address of their Brandon warehouse, I’m getting sick of waiting for a package that’s almost 2 weeks late even though it’s been here since the 19th, it wasn’t even an Amazon package.

They are located at the duck barns south of the 110. In the old Overhead Door location. They do UPS and Intelcom.

Amazon has great customer service. Had first issue with Intelcom before Xmas where my item was listed as here and out for delivery, delivery attempted, etc etc, then someone actually called and asked us to pick up. We did at the barn/ garage door. If you’ve been it was disorganized, chaos packages all over the floor. I did let amazon know about service as our package was very late. We do order from amazon a lot and ended up with another saying it was going to be delivered by them. Again total mess, tracking said arrived and never heard a thing. When I could I contacted amazon for a refund and explained the situation I had encountered the first time. And asked that our items not be shipped by them. Was easy to do and have never had anything else delivered by them. I don’t know why they still use this company, sounds like nothing has changed in their distribution process. I recommend contacting Amazon. Not sure if helps to be a paying Prime member which we are.

As I said it wasn’t Amazon. Just needed location of intelcom that is all
