Brandon's The Big One Craft Sale, crochet/knitted hat vendor

At last years sale there was a vender that had crocheted or knitted Mother/Daughter hats. I couldn't find them this year and was wanting to buy for each of my infant/toddler grand daughters and their Moms... Anyone know the vendor or where I can find items like them in Brandon or surrounding area?
