Where to buy: poppyseed, farm-made dry cottage cheese

Looking to find these ingredients for these Xmas dishes: kutia and cheese rolls. The poppyseed MUST be fresh - the stuff that is packaged in the grocery stores is stale and makes the kutia taste horrible, been through that last year! And dry cottage cheese just is so much better for cheese rolls. Any suggestions??
