It bothers me how when you go to the mall to get your kids pictures with santa, they make you prepay. I would rather see my pictures FIRST and then decide how many i want.  
 
So anyway I prepaid, and got the WORST pictures ever. Santa was looking down, not even at the camera, and my kids both had "goofy" looks on their faces.  
 
I purcahsed quite a few pictures, and even an ornament to hang on my tree with the picture. Needless to say I don't want these pictures, nor will I hang it on my tree.  
 
I spoke to the girl behind the counter when I picked them up, and she said no refunds. I am fumed.  
 
Anyone else have a lousy expereince?
