Looking for meeting space for two hours on Saturday

Call around to local hotels; many have meeting rooms of various sizes that may be available to rent. I have attended smaller meetings at both the Day's Inn (just off the lobby) and the Canad Inn (just off Aalto's Restaurant). I'm sure some of the other hotels would have similar options. Some of the community centres may be available as well.

Contact them, they have a semi private ( lots of windows) room I believe is still free

University rents out classrooms through the healthy living center. You can book on the Healthy living center website

Maybe try calling ? Seniors for seniors

Try Super 8 they have a meeting room or Riverbank Discovery Centre does as well.

Just a suggestion, but it might help others help you. How many people, food and or/ coffee services required, chairs, tables, plug-ins, corner of a restaurant or a large meeting room, family event or a work style meeting. There is not much info in your request.  
 
Just trying to be helpful so others might be able to give suggestions.

Sherlock like someone alraedy mentioned your request is kind of vague. There are piles of meeting spots all over town but really depends what your needs are. You could go sit in Coffee Culture or the back room at Forbidden Flavors. Thunderbird is also a great suggestion although I doubt it is free like someone else said, you likely need to purchase food/beverages. Trails West, Lady of the Lake are a few more.
