Need some sewing done on a couple Halloween costumes

Not much sewing required.. Some elastic on the bottom to keep the legs pulled down, some Velcro on the back and fix a small webbing belt.

Any suggestions about who to call?
Can also pay cash if it is a home job.

The catch is we need it done tonight. (Friday the 26th of October)

We are leaving for Comic Con in Winnipeg tomorrow morning, so any time tonight.
