    Not local...wondering how long it would take them to come out...in the middle of renos and contractor won’t go any further until the problem is fixed..so time sensitive.

    Well going by what time they made the intial post I am assuming they are closed and will need to call back tomorrow during normal business hours.  
     
    However, if it is time sensitive I would likely just call Poulins. They are pretty good and will be able to help.
