The pump very likely came from Southern Water Systems, if it was purchased locally. They are still in business.
FWIW my Jacuzzi pump from Southern Water is at 18 years and counting with NO issues. When it eventually fails, I will replace it with exactly the same item from the same place.
I wish everything lasted that long
