Front step redo

We are replacing our front door and would like some idea about redoing the front step. It presently has outdoor carpet, but it's starting to look a little worse for wear.
Who would I contact to do this little project for me...or give me info. I would like some sort of tile that isn't slippery in the winter...
Any ideas/someone who does this type of work would be appreciated.
