I clean homes for a living so each floor is different depending on the color, age, type of wood, and finish. All people will have cloudy films left on all floors, but many will not see it because their flooring hides it better, but may feel it if walking barefoot. The problem is people add way to much cleaner because it smells great. Good for the companies that make this stuff and stores that sell it,but not so great for flooring. For most of my wood and laminate floor homes I use a mixture. Per bucket (4 litres) hot water. But the trick is add the solution after filling.Don't make foam and bubbles. 1 cap of Murphys, 1/8 cup vinegar (this cuts the foaming and bubble action), 1/8 cup only, of Lysol or Mr.Clean Make sure mop is well squeezed out of excess water when applying to floor, remember it is wood. I use just a regular Vileda screw on mop head as it can be removed and tossed in washer (air dry)Hope this helps.
