Looking for key for old trunk

By chance does anyone out there have a key for an old trunk I could use to open mine. Cannot for the life of me get it open. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Any ideas? I googled it and it looks simple enough, but it's not working for me. Also talked to C&E...no help.

Take it to a locksmith, they will open it and cut you a new key.

Locked old trunk

Take it to Sargent Lock 748 - 10th ST. Maybe they could help.

How old is your trunk. Is it wood? I jave a metal trunk around 50 years old with the key. do you think this will work?

Can you post a photo of the trunk? If you do, someone may recognize the style and might have one like it. I have an old trunk, but the look of them over the years are too broad to generalize.

Peoples Market Place.. he’s been known to have some old trunks, you might luck out and he’ll have a key that would work for you from one of those trunks

Thanks Kini for your help. Much appreciated. Now to find a key. Anyone happen to have some old keys laying around that look like pic I posted? Thanks everyone for your help. BTW...the key is flat.
