I did Google it but hopefully so,eone on here with first hand experience/knowledge can help me out. First....sorry for the bad pics as I didn't want to move the bed to cause more damage. Ok, my girl has a trundle bed and her and her friends sat up against the wall and it broke do to too much pressure. I don't want to part with it cause other then the board it's in good condition. Is there anyway I can DIY to fix the problem??? Something that will last a now 10 and 4 yr old??

You might be able to fill in the broken area with an epoxy resin and have it dry nice and hard. That wood lis cheap stuff. Then from there you might be able to put maybe a small angle bracket screwing both pcs together.

Most lumber and building places sell something called a tie plate, it's a thin steel plate with a bunch of holes in it for screws for bridging 2 pieces together, you might be able to use it to reinforce the section that integrates with that bolt.  
 
A little spot of paint and it wouldn't be visible
