thinking on purchasing in Glendale park i am wondering is westman services in the park? MTS? i know that water and such isnt i:ncluded, who do you guys pay water and sewer charges to?

k, cool i know i have to hook it up. i was wondering if they are offered there. i know the park across highway 1 doesnt have those services to my understanding.

Yes and cable/internet company can hook up in Glendale. Our water is paid to B&G utilities (I'm assuming just like the rest of the city). We are still very much considered a part of Brandon. I think the park across the number 1 is technically considered rural. Glendale is a great park to live in.

You can get Bell MTS in the trailer park on the north side of highway 1... For the record.  
 
In the campground part you cant, but in the back where the trailers are they are eligible for Bell MTS.

ty Suckie, as far as i knew there wasn't any services for them since they were on the other side of the highway. ty for clearing that up

Pays water to the City, not to B & G.

Think I pay $40/month and we use a far amount of water. But this is just for 2 of us. I like living there, it's quiet and cheap.

As others have said Glendale is very much a part of the City just located on the north hill. It’s not out of City limits by any means. Like others have said, MTS/Bell or Westman can provide service up here, pay water to B&G instead of the City and for us we have found water fluctuates but the average I have paid for 2 people is $57 a month. Glendale is nice and quiet, family friendly great park to be in.
