K so last night notices my toilet water pipe froze or just isnt filling up. However the tub and sink works fine.. i am in a mobile unit. I assume that the water pipe is connected to the sink water pipe. Need some advice as to what i nees to do. Was working monday stoped working on tuesday night

Take the lid off the back of your toilet and make sure the float isn't stuck in the top position. If it is try and push it down to get the water to start filling.

Thats the first thing i checked.

I recommend giving as much information as possible when asking for help. It saves someone suggesting something you've already tried.  
 
 
If it's not the float and the valve isn't plugged with scale then chances are your water line is frozen. If the sink and bathtub both work then it's most likely the branch off the main supply to your bathroom that goes to the toilet is frozen.  
 
To verify its not something mechanical in the actual toilet itself you could valve off the supply at the back of the toilet and disconnect the water. Put a bucket under it and slowly open it and see if you get flow. No flow = frozen pipe.  
 
If the pipe is frozen you're going to have to go under the trailer with a heat gun and extension cord. Cut the bladder open under the bathroom and locate your water line. Find were the Toilet is tee'd into the water line and start putting some heat on it.  
Id probably use that opportunity to throw some extra insulation under your trailer before you tape the bladder back up.  
 
Other option is Call around some plumbing companies and see if you can find one that will be willing to work on a trailer. I know lots won't.

Before going to all the work of crawling under the mobile, try just putting a heater in the bathroom for a hour or two: see if that works.  
Often there is not enough heat behind the toilet in mobiles.

Should have added: especially if you keep the door closed.

Also if you have a closet back to back with your bath, open the closet door and make sure there is air circulation against the wall...  
Usual is to stack everything against the wall cutting of air flow, you may even have frost build up there.

Going to place a heater directly over the spot where the pipe is before cutting. Thank you for all the ideas

I took a hair dryer and positioned it so the hot air was blowing down where the small water pipe comes out of the floor. Sometimes it takes a little while but it works every time.  
 
Separate but kind of related matter: I find the 2 front bedrooms and bathroom of my mobile are significantly colder. The furnace is near the back of the mobile. I feel like the hot air has too far to travel and that is why these rooms aren't heating up in accordance with the rest of the house? Does anybody have any tips or solutions to help with this?

Try balancing the air flow. On mine I have the front bedrooms, bathroom and front entrance all opened full. On the other end of the trailer bathroom, bedroom, closets all wide open. All rooms between have the vents open about half way. This way the air is pushed to the furthest points for max air flow and trickles in the middle. This way the air is better drawn through the house mixing the air to an even temp. If it gets really cold I will turn on a space heater in the front room as a supplement especially at night when the furnace kicks down a few degrees.

You have some kind of hole or tear in the under skirting under your trailer for it to be freezing. Itll be most likely a draft or something hitting the spot after the cold water tee where it splits from your sink to your toilet. The last thing you wanna do is cut open that underbelly. It's a pain in the ass taping it back up and sealing it good. The weight of the insulation on that "tarp" under there is a lot. As soon as you slice into it you're opening up a new can of worms. Like someone had mentioned earlier a hair dryer down the little hole where it comes up through the floor will do the trick. Shouldn't take long to get hot air down in there and itll eventually warm up and unthaw the pipes.
