A designer alone may fill you full of dreams and design you a castle with ramparts unless they know what this stuff costs to build and your budget. Find a contractor who will meet with you and help you determine what your budget and expectations should look like. Your selections make up 40-60% of the job cost so bare that in mind when you try to change the siding from vinyl to brick after establishing a budget (add about $10,000 onto your budget)
