I have a small 3 season sunroom that is old and basically looking to turn a pig's ear into a purse. Insulate. Vapour barrier. G1S stained plywood on floor and on stairs down to basement. T&G clapboard interior walls and ceiling. Install a baseboard heater. Some painting. Electrical is already done. Looking for a good contractor/handyman that is willing to take this project on in a timely fashion. Any recommendations welcomed. It definitely is not a magazine worthy project. Just looking for someone to make it shiny!
