Hi everyone.  
I checked history and didn't see a thread about this recently. What are you finding contractors charge per hour of labour in and outside of Brandon?  
 
We find in a community outside of Brandon going rate is 110 an hour. Just curious cost comparison in and outside of city.

Contractor like electrical/plumber/hvac/ landscaping etc etc . Hard to compare one to the other. Even in the same field the bigger companies are going to charge more the the smaller guy in most cases. Even for myself I recently took on more work. Now I am finding the way I kept track of my time was not cutting it anymore. So I have implemented more info my daily system to keep track of time. So in the end I up my price so I can at least cover for this extra time that is required for me to keep track of the time.

Sorry, I primarily meant carpenter for general contractor.
