Eavestrough Cleaning

Can someone recommend a company or individual who cleans eaves troughs by using a ladder, looking in them and cleaning them properly. The company that cleans our condo eaves stands on the ground and sticks a hose up into the troughs - I have had two near floods happen because my eaves were not cleaned properly and water was gushing over them in the middle of our worst storms last summer. Thank you for any recommendation.
