    Roofing payment options and how to pay?

    So I am looking to get my roof redone. Do people pay 100% upfront or?. I am also looking for suggestions from home owners who have had there's done 2+ years ago and older.

    Never pay before the job is completed. Pay after the job is done. Any reputable company will ask for payment once they’ve completed the job.

    DT Roofing offers financing as well.  
     
    Did my roof a few years ago and haven’t had any problems with it at all.

    anytime i pay for services i ask for a break down of labor and material. normally pay a deposit for material, after material shows up pay the rest, labor is payed on by the job, like if your doing a house with a detached garage you pay when the house is done then pay when the garage is done never pay everything up front.
