Any company or individual that is certified in ventilation ! What I have done in the past is send the SQ footage to a company that sells the equipment and they size it out

Code says you need at least 1 square foot of venting for every 300 square feet of ceiling area for normal roofs and 1/150 for low slope roofs. Normally you should have 50% of the venting near the lower roof and 50% on the upper to act as inflow and outflow. Other options i:nclude active vent fans controlled by humidistat controls.

Likely has to do with vapour barrier than venting. Warm air in the building meeting cold air in the attic creates condensation which in the winter shows as frost. Proper vapour barrier on the warm side of the insulation slows the airflow so by the time the inside and outside air meet they’re closer to the same temperature and don’t create condensation. I would be assessing that sooner than venting. (Although venting is also very important if you know you’re lacking).

But we're wondering if we can just get more air flow in the attic to overcome this issue. We blew in a significant amount of new insulation last year, we're hoping we don't need to remove it to do vapour barrier.

Do the math and see if you have enough venting. But, you should have done vapour barrier before you put insulation in it. Cellulose blow in has some vapour blocking properties, Fiberglas not so much
