Wood Floor Refinishing

We have an empty house (no furniture to move), with 9 year-old maple oiled flooring that needs refinishing. The new homeowners plan to move in before the end of May. Are there any Flooring Refinishing Companies who have maybe had a cancellation and could take this job ASAP? In Boissevain. If unsuccessful we will do the job ourselves. 1200 square feet.
