Spool of wire and box of parts

On Thursday afternoon I came home and as I was putting my car in the garage I noticed a spool of wire and a box of parts sitting by the corner of my garage. Unsure about these parts why they’re there whether a contractor dropped them off at the wrong address or whatever if you can identify the box of parts we can make arrangements to pick them up.
