    Have to build a fence and have one side adjacent to a neighbour.  
     
    How does someone in Brandon find where the property lines actually run?

    I had mine surveyed and marked out. There’s no potential for disputes with your neighbours then. It cost me about $900 but it was a few years ago.

    I can’t remember but it was a company out of Virden that was doing oil field surveys around here all the time.  
    It was worth it though, sure shut up my neighbour that claimed my house was on his property ( it wasn’t) , the boundary was quite a bit further over his way.
