I hands down recommend Cherry & Leo from CL van Veen/NKM Homes if you are looking for a builder that specializes in out of town and acreage builds. The quality of the workmanship is incredible, they're very hands on throughout the whole process and easy to get a hold of when questions arise throughout the process.  
CL van Veen is their on-site building company and NKM Homes is their RTM side of the company.
