Does anyone have any info regarding hydro costs of moving a two storey house where the lines need to be lifted or disconnected?  
 
Wondering very rough costs before I look into a house any further and having a hard time finding any info out there.  
 
I was hoping someone might have some info to  
See if financially it's even worth investigating further. I understand it's not a small cost for a large home but wondering if there's any ball park figures out there.

Bet you Hydro knows

An inspector will come out and tell you any Hydro costs. But Hydro will only connect and disconnect a service. You will need an electrician for anything else. Call Darren at Nickel Electric. He knows his stuff and can give you a free estimate.

Definitely call hydro. It depends on the route and how many lines need lifting.

We moved a house a few years ago. The moving company looked after all the hydro and highways permits, costs i:ncluded in the moving cost. Better to use a company as they know the procedure. We used Anderson’s with no problems..

I looked into moving a house many years ago, and asked a house moving company about costs including hydro lines.
