House Insurance

Has anyone else had a problem with get there hard earned money out of there Home Insurance.
Ive had clam done for my place and they came by to take alook at what was wrong. They say no problem all ur stuff will be covered inside lets go take alook outside. The first thing he said was i see that ur gutters have something in them. witch i clean every two week or so. Then be for i could say something to him he said to me well my hands are tied and i cant not help u. U will have to pay someone to get it fixed. I'm a little pissed at what he had said to me. Why am i paying for this coverage in my insurance and I'm not covered. What can I DO my roof is leaking and now i have to pay over 2,000 to get my roof fix. Always someone taking ur money. Take take take and never give back.
