Seeking Advice for my home reno project

I am currently changing out the windows on my house and adding 1.5 inches of styrofoam insulation to the walls.I am wanting to know if the current Tyvac has to come off the wall sheathing before I do this or should you just apply the styrofoam over top and if so do you need another layer of building paper.Just concerned of trapping water between the layer of foam and the existing wall.
