Vinyl Siding and Eavestroughing

Hi there everyone!
Wondering what people on ebrandon know about stucco vs vinyl siding... costs/benefits etc... I have property needing some refacing after reno's.
Eventually we want to redo the entire building as the budget allows. However, reno's on the outside of houses is something I know very little about.
People's recommendations for local businesses to contact would be greatly appreciated as well!
