I live in southeast corner of sask., I am looking for rtm builders that are relatively close to me. I enquired at Deneschuk homes in Yorkton and have heard they are a reputable builder with good reviews but I also found info of a builder southeast of Yorkton called Railside Homes. Have been trying to find reviews of them but not successful. Has anyone else heard of them or had a rtm built by them and can shed some light on the quality and workmanship and their experience with them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Check out Penner builders. Excellent work and we haven't had any issues getting the cracks fixed that happen in the move.

I was on Penners website but do not like any of their layouts or floorplans. I liked about 3 floorplans on Railside Homes site but I have never heard of them so was hoping someone could shed some light.

Out of Minnedosa. He is a busy man, but will build what you want.

builders out of Cartwright have been into the business of building RTM homes for 30 plus years. Have sent home's all over manitoba , Saskatchewan and North Dakota. I'm sure they can build any floor plan you want, they build any size or shape. Give them a call i don't you will be disappointed.

We made our own floor plan and Penners helped us out. You don't have to use the plans they have.
