Aldrin/Baffin/Coulter Way Bungalow Condo Plans Needed

I'm looking for a copy of the floor plan for the bungalow condos on the inside of Aldrin/Coulter Way or both sides of Baffin Lane in Brandon. Potentially looking at purchasing one, but would like to see the plan and figure a few things out first. If anyone has one kicking around, please let me know. Thanks!

j and g website....they built them, and all of their plans are usually on there.

Thanks everyone, but I've tried both of those options. Apparently J&G doesn't have the plans any more and there isn't anything on the website since they have all been sold.

I wonder if someone has something kicking around in a filing cabinet from when they originally developed.

Why not visit one? There's lots of Open Houses.
That way you might bring a tape measure and figure things out?

You want the actual drawn up plans to buy one? Then visit one to see. No shortage. Bing, bang, Boom Furniture fits or not.

Perhaps you want to copy a plan and you're not getting what you want from the builder? Can't say I blame them.

They have copies of the plans, they just don't throw them away when all units are sold, they keep them on file for future projects. You will not find a company or drafts person that will just hand you over a set of plans for free. Just a rough guess, but a copy of those plans would be worth around 3500.00 to get done up.

I'm sure J and G could let you see one at their office so you could get some measurements if that is what you need, or they could give you some measurements over the phone as well.
It really should not be a problem to get a drawing (not official blueprint) from them, seeing as they put home floor plans on their website anyways for public use.

Yeah J&G doesn't have them. I think a previous employee took them when he left. Might explain why they don't use that design any more. Either way... I managed to find a rough floor plan which is all I wanted. Thanks everyone!
