I have finally found someone in Brandon that does foundation work! I won`t go into details but after 2 years of dealing with this and not being able to find someone who knew how to do it properly, it`s nice to finally have it done. I highly recommend him and can provide info if needed.

His name is Dave and he can be reached at 204-402-0714. He just moved back from Alberta a couple of months ago and has done this type of work for about 10 years.
