Best Custom Roller Blinds

I am looking for a recommendation to purchase made to measure blinds, either a complete sun blocking roller blind or inexpensive venetian blinds for two windows 51" x 51" (outside casing measurements) the frames are plastic so the blinds need to be mounted above the casing on the wall. May also want to have an existing decorative traverse rod installed as well. Thanks for any comments!
