Tenant Insurance.

Just wondering if I need to "shop around" for tenant insurance?

I noticed that I could go through my bank or an investors group.

Is it all basically the same thing?

Phillips insurance, now on first and Victoria Ave. $15.-per month, if I'm correct....

Mine is 130$ a year for 20,000 coverage. Cost will vary depending on what coverage you want/need. I sat down with an advisor and found it helpful. There were costs I hadn't even considered that they brought to light

is what I did to find the best deal. I wound up going through Red River Mutual and paid $230.00 for 40,000 in coverage. Go through each room of your house and figure out roughly what it would cost to replace everything, and go from there.

My tenants insurance is through CAA. Can't remember the exact cost but it is a decent price for what we need.

Go to a broker as for them to quote out your options with their insurance companies! I personally like Dick agencies. That way they can tell you exactly what you need and for the best price takes away all your work
