Fireplace repair

Just a caution- I spent $500.00 with a local company to repair my fireplace. They replaced parts and it still didn't work properly (has same issue). They recommend total replacement. I said go ahead and replace as long as you can guarantee the new one will work. They couldn't so I still have a non working fireplace!
