Is there such a place that have the staff in place to replace a furnace and electrical panel? I am hoping to only deal with one place...if such a place exists!

Gas or electric furnace?

Current Electric upgraded us from an oil furnace to electric furnace and new panel etc, very good service and highly recommended.

I believe Gateway Mechanical only do Commercial and Industrial work.

Give Westside P&H a call. They will be able to answer any questions you have.. We had them do our furnace and they lined up an electrician to come at the same time. Great folks!

Pretty much any Plumbing and Heating company will have a electrician they can line up as part of the package. If it's a gas furnace though you likely won't need a electrician. A gas ticket allows plumber/heating contractor to work on 120V circuits supplying gas furnaces. They can disconnect and reconnect the electrical.  
 
My recommendation would be First Call P&H. Great company.

It is just amazing on how many people like certain companies, and dislike others it all come down to the what the customer is wanting or thinking he or she is getting, and what the contractor is thinking they want. The best jobs and satisfied customers are ones that the contractor let's talk and get the understanding what the customer wants and needs not what the contractor wants them to have. With saying this yes always give advice or recommend what would better suit them by all means, but a good listener is a true tradesmen.  
Most of the companies listed above can install a system, but then again Cosco sells tires but sometimes price is not always best.  
I work at a commercial rec facility and the company we have is great they are not parts changers like one of the big ones mentioned but fix it the first time.  
I would give one of these 2 a call Four Seasons, or Campbell's they may not do a lot of residential as cheap, but it will be done to your needs.
