I'm looking to move a smaller garden shed in my yard to a different spot in my yard (6ft x 12ft ish). does any one know any business that does this? It's a solid wood frame structure and I believe its sitting on 4x4's. I cant tell if the 4x4's are attached to the structure or if they are just sitting on them. thanks!

moved a 8x20 shed 150' across my yard just using logs to roll it on. I jacked up 1 side, shoved a couple "round" logs under it and my tiny wife, 15y/o son and I pushed it across the yard little by little and spun it in the corner of the yard. It was a very good practice in patience and team work (I won for once cause the wife was not happy with me for this bird brain idea). It really wasn't that difficult to do with a couple people. If I were to do it again, I would go to the lumber store and get 6 round fence posts instead of using logs meant for the bonfire.  
I know this doesn't answer your question about companies, but will probably save you a couple $100.00. I would imagine any landscaping or smaller construction companies would do it.

We used Full Tilt Towing and Transport on Maryland. Great job and great to deal with.  
They helped us out after another towing company in Brandon bailed on the job we booked with them ahead of time!

We tried to do the log roll thing but we can't get a jack under it to lift it up (or not the jack we have) the shed is to low to the ground. I'll look into that company. Thank you!

I have moved several shed. I bought a 4000 lb electric winch. Just lay some planks on ground so it will slide.  
 
The advantage of the winch is you get foot control so making minor adjustments are easy
