Need to order some basement windows. They don''t seem to be a standard size, 31x18" and 31x19.25". Also need a 20.5x18" non opening window. Those openings are existing. Also need to install two larger egress windows, thinking 30x36". Flexible on egress window dimensions as the openings are not cut out yet.  
 
Where is the best place to order custom windows? The faster the better, one place I have contacted is looking at a six week wait.  
 
I do not need someone to install the windows.

Have quotes for Armwood and Ply Gem windows. Big difference in price. Ply Gem quote is so much cheaper that I am wondering about the quality. Anyone on eBrandon got either brand of windows? I googled for reviews but I am looking specifically for opinions from this area so that I know how they are in our weather conditions.

J&M windows. George will arrange a meeting with you and show up and make sure the measurement are correct for the job and provide a free quote. All his windows are custom made so it don't matter how oddball the sizes are.  
Every set of windows I have ordered three him usually show up in 3-4 weeks sofar

We just had our windows and doors replaced by J&M and they were amazing. George is likeable and honest and the installers are quick and clean(!). Quality work all around. They cut our door frame a bit larger so that we could fit a factory sized door and not have to order the more expensive custom door size so maybe they could do this for your windows.

Not sure if you are out of the need, but I had my upstairs windows ( all four were custom made ) done by Keystone Glass. The windows are all triple pane, low-e, argon filled and made in Manitoba by Humphrey Windows in Wpg!!  
 
I paid a lot less than I thought I might.
