We have a very old septic tank, that I believe needs some repair done to it. Who in the Brandon/Westman area does this?

Glendale builds and repairs septic/vac trucks, not underground septic tanks. Their a welding company.  
 
Your best bet is to call around to either sewer and water contractors like Allen & Bolack Excavating, J&R Excavating, Got Diggers, Kroger Backhoe Service or plumbing companies.

Could try giving Emco on Park Ave. East a call and see if they know anyone. If it is a very old tank you may be better off replacing the tank. If they have to dig it up and what not you are half way there. The cost to repair vs replace might be a viable option, plus if it fails again then what will happen.

I'd call Tyler at Lockhart Plumbing & Heating. He's a certified septic system installer and is great at trouble-shooting all systems.

Don't think he does repairs just puts the fields in, He might also install fibre glass septic tanks but he certainly won't be able to lift a cement one out or put one in with the mini back hoe.

Replace ours a couple years ago. Removed old concrete one also. Does good work with that little excavator.

Is it a cement tank? At our old place the divider was crumbling in the centre and we were able to get a repair piece made to slide over.

on mine the centre divider with the pvc tee was crumbling in the upper centre where the tee was. I pumped the tank out and somewhere I got a plastic sleeve that slipped over the divider that had a hole in it for the tee. I cleaned up the divider and slipped it over and used some construction adhesive for good measure. Can't remember where I got the sleeve though. No sense replacing the whole tank if you can repair the divider.
