Try over at millco steel. Their painter is real good and they do them.

We've had two done by Mike at Forman Collision. Absolutely flawless workmanship and we've had non stop compliments on both doors. Cost is dependant on colour you pick and finish you pick. Make sure you get the inside of door painted as well, less handprints. He keeps pics of what he has done so you can peruse.
