Jet Tub Repair

I have an American Standard jet tub in my ensuite that did not and still doesn't work when I purchased my home in 2016. I can hear things running when I press the button but no water circulates. My guess is that the pump is clogged as the water in Meadowbrook Village wasn't treated until 2017. Any suggestions on which company in Brandon would inspect it, for free, and quote me a price for repair?
