If it’s pregnancy related, like the above mentioned you get one free at the hospital between 18-22 weeks depending on when they can schedule you in. In my case I got two because of how active baby was, they were not sucssessful in getting some images required at the first ultrasound so I got sent for another one around 30 weeks.
If it’s not pregnancy related then you need to talk to your doctor about what your concerns are and maybe he/she can put in a referral for one or some kind of other imaging, but again there would be some kind of wait time for the referral to go through.
