what is wrong with some people's heads??

this is a bit of a "shake my head because I can't believe it" comment!
We listen to the radio at work all day, and I've heard some people request some pretty stupid songs for young children but today one really stood out for me.
A lady called in and asked for Nickelback's Rockstar to be played for her 5 year old who was getting ready to go to kindergarten.
Has she actually listened to the lyrics of this song? I'm not a prude -I actually really like that song - but to request it specifically for a 5 year old?
It's all about drugs, sex and money! Talks about joining the "mile high club" "girls come easy and the drugs come cheap" "everybody's got a drug dealer on speed dial" and so on and so on.
I was just beside myself wondering what kind of parent actually ENCOURAGES a 5 year old to listen to a song like that!? I know that they play it all the time (along with a lot of other songs with the same kind of stuff - but this one is very "out there" with it's message) so the kid's going to hear it anyways, but to request it just for him....this just made me shake my head.
I'm curious to know what others think...
