Winnipeg Police are being hailed for reviving an unresponsive newborn a few seconds after its mother gave birth in her home, squatting over a toilet! Heather Richard, 32, said she didn't even know she was pregnant. She was in pain that afternoon, and found out why when she went to the bathroom. Police, who were there on an un-related follow up call to the home, grabbed the baby from the toilet and began CPR, eventually getting the child to breathe on its own. The boy, weighing five pounds, nine ounces, was initially taken to hospital in critical condition.  
 
Apparently this is not rare?
