I noticed another thread on strollers, but had another specific question that is different and wasn't sure if I should hijack another persons thread.  
Please move if it's a problem and I apologize!  
Anyways there are so many stroller brands out there and my head is major spinning!  
Peg Perego, Quinny, Foray, Graco Safety First like all of them have different price points, but what are the differences and which one is the best? Does the more expensive ones operate better or something. SOme strollers I look at were $800 and I looked at a crib that was $1085 at a baby store in town!
