Birthday Party Venue

I am looking to have a birthday party for my son who is turning 1 in February and our house doesnt have enough room for all our family and friends. I am looking for a place in Bdn to have it that is not too expensive. I was thinking playtime/movie theatre would be more for an older child. Does anyone know how much it costs to rent the smaller halls/community centers for 2 hours? or is there any other suggestions on where to have it that is not crazy expensive?
