getting the little one to bed . . .

So all you Moms and Dads out there this is my problem . . . the little guy (7mths) wont sleep at night! We will put him to bed by rocking lay him in his crib and 1/2 hour later hes up! Rock him agian and a 15 min hes up again. Repeat, Repeat, Repeat this is getting tiring!!So is there any advice. We have a bedtime routine, bottle, bath, and books! So Im not sure what to try next any suggestions . . . im pretty much open to anything!
