Working Parents - what do you do with your kids at Break?

I guess this is a query to all the working parents out there - how do you schedule your kids at the school breaks? How do you juggle the work and holidays successfully? Do you find it a struggle? I am curious, as I will be enrolling my child into Kindergarten this year and am trying to figure out how the working family deals with the breaks.
